How to fix the problem of "Cannot open display"?

Here is what I get and I still get errors when I run gnome-terminal.

$ launchctl load -F /Library/LaunchAgents/org.freedesktop.dbus-session.plist
org.freedesktop.dbus-session: Already loaded
$ gnome-terminal
