Unfortunately I do not see the relevant error in the output you provided. Please clean libvpx and try again, and if it still happens, file a ticket in the issue tracker and attach the complete logfile. Though you may be experiencing the problem described in this already-filed ticket:

In which case, don't file a new ticket but monitor that one.
