How to remove inactive ports?

I am not a native english speaker, and perhaps therefore

    "To uninstall all installed but inactive ports, use -u."

sounded to me like "uninstall -u" would remove everything except  
inactive ports. Needless to say, that I never used this crazy command.  
Perhaps it would not harm to make the description more clear to non- 
native speakers. How about:

    "To uninstall all installed inactive ports, use -u."
