remove apache2 from startup items

Ayup. I agree, if they are being put in place with the key set to not run in the plist, they should just be there.  It keeps the portfile cleaner, and makes installing less to think about. Apple has plenty of disable launchd items just sitting there waiting for something to kick them on, so I see no harm in it either.

I had thought the OP wanted to delete the file regardless for some reason.
