mpfr patchfile missing

Hi Ryan,

Thanks again. Both problems look solved. For the mpfr, I needed to add the
-f switch to force removal of the patch and distfiles.

For the latex issue, upgrading texlive-bin seemed to work, however I got the
following warning when i subsequently ran your commands for
upgrading texlive-latex:

--->  Unable to uninstall/deactivate texlive-latex @15495_1+doc, the
following ports depend on it:
--->   texlive @2009_1+doc+medium
--->   texlive-context @14390_1+doc
--->   texlive-lang-czechslovak @14727_1+doc
--->   texlive-lang-polish @14727_1+doc
--->   texlive-latex-recommended @15271_1+doc
--->   texlive-math-extra @15560_1+doc

Latex seems to be working ok though. I'm guessing i can ignore this?

Thanks,
~Deepak
