Error installing WINE via macports 1.9.1

How would you know this without looking at the logs for those ports?
(Or, say, running 'port installed'...)

Yes. Think about it, if the deps weren't installed, how did configure
find files from several of them, and why didn't archcheck complain about
missing files?
