Help needed...suddenly nothing works

What happens when you run this command?
sudo launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchDaemons/org.macports.apache2.plist
What do you see when you run this command?
sudo launchctl list | grep http
Do you see port 80 listening?
netstat -na | grep LIST
Is the apache2 port installed in its default location of /opt/local/apache2?
