Ryan, I am using the MacPorts 1.9.0 release. How would I go about
upgrading to the tip of the 1.9 branch? I know my issue is not just
related to upgrading xorg-libXcomposite. I got similar results when
trying to upgrade gcc43 and the following is the debug results from
trying to upgrade libtool:

Again, there were no results in the console. If upgrading to the tip
of 1.9 is the only suggested resolution, I would be extremely
grateful either for instructions on how to do this, or pointers to
where I could find this information. Thanks in advance.

Ivan
