manopen install fail

	About five seconds of activity saw manopen 'installed' and 'activated' 
using that command. Except I can find no usable manopen command in the 
bin directory. In fact, after doing 'updatebd' there is only one thing 
containing manopen as a name; the text of my errors.

	My locate package is the compiled gnu, installed in /usr..., and the 
/etc/locate.rc starts the search at /.
