Comparing installed versus new versions of ports

I'd like to know a good way to compare what's installed and
out-of-date with what's available.

If I say "port installed outdated", I get a list of what's installed,
that's out of date, with the installed version.
But it doesn't show me the new version information.

Is there a way to get this in Macports?
