Problem Updating Outdated

Hi

I'm trying to update outdated ports with:

sudo port update outdated

but I get the following:

sudo port upgrade outdated
--->  Computing dependencies for python26
--->  Applying patches to python26
Error: Target org.macports.patch returned: shell command failed
Log for python26 is at:
/opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_ports_lang_python26/main.log
Error: Unable to upgrade port: 1


What could be wrong.

P.S: I did a previous sudo port upgrade outdated but I had to do a cold boot
'cause the laptop stopped responding.
