Port upgrade and existing options

Variants are preserved on upgrade except for those that are in
default_variants or variants.conf and not enabled in the installed port.
In this case you have to specify -foo on the command line when you
upgrade to make sure the foo variants stays disabled. This is fixed in
trunk.
