Error upgrading gimp-app

Macports does have the newest version of gimp, and it installs an application as well.
gimp is listed as 2.6.11 and it is a a meta port and should then install gimp2 and gimp-app as dependancies. By just doing sudo port install gimp I have 2.6.11, which is the latest version of gimp according to gimp.org, and is a double-clickable application.
But, that said, I don't know why it isn't building for you.
Sorry.

Note: Edit the shell script gimpguts.sh and change the PREFIX to point to /opt/local, then use xcodebuild to build ScriptExecCocoa per BUILD.txt...run gimpguts.sh from Terminal....Abracadabra!
