can i translate document of "Installing MacPorts" and open to the public ?

Yes, I guess you would have to register here: https://trac.macports.org/ as
MacPorts wiki is part of Trac. But you would need assistance on how to add a
tutorial in a secondary language. Joshua was the last to adjust the wiki
page there. So I guess he should be able to help. See added email address.
Never did any work there myself..
