openjpeg fails to build on ppc/leopard

Hi,

Not sure if it is a known problem--search in trac did not return  
anything relevent (althogh I am not an expert in trac searches)

port outdated lists openjpeg:

openjpeg                       1.3_3 < 1.4-r697_0

port upgrade openjpeg fails with these last lines in the log:

Should I open a ticket in trac? or is it something missing on my system?
