macports install fails on lion

Hi all,

on Lion, i installed xcode 4 for Lion
from the connect.apple.com.
when i try to install the macports disk image from maports.org
the installer does not find the xcode,
and abort with something like:
macports cannot be installed on this computer because xcode is not foud or configured for unix...

Please can you help?
