"port atlas not found"

Following my latest sudo port selfupdate, I am getting the following errors:

$ port -d installed atlas
The following ports are currently installed:
 atlas @3.9.46_0+gcc44 platform='darwin 11' archs='x86_64'
 atlas @3.9.47_0+gcc44 (active) platform='darwin 11' archs='x86_64'
$ port info atlas
Error: Port atlas not found
$ sudo port upgrade atlas
Password:
Warning: No port atlas found in the index.
