I don't know anything about gtkada or gnat-gcc, but I would say you could either follow the instructions the gnat-gcc port prints (i.e. install the bootstrap compiler it wants), and file a bug in the issue tracker if it doesn't work, or install manually in some other prefix (other than /opt/local or /usr/local) if you prefer to do that.
