Hmm... looks like tcsh is confused. The one installed by MacPorts
does come first:
#10:20pm# /opt/local/var/macports> echo $path
/opt/local/bin /opt/local/sbin /Users/boo/bin/powerpc-apple-darwin
/Users/boo/bin /usr/local/bin
/usr/bin /bin /usr/local/sbin /usr/sbin /sbin /Developer/Tools /sw/bin
I thought I could avoid having to restart Terminal.app by setting the
path within my session, but I guess it just doesn't register. Thanks!
I'm calling /opt/local/bin/convert explicitly for now.
