PHP APC 3.1.9 - fixes a major regression bug

We are encountering the following weird characters in 'require' paths issue with 
MacPorts PHP APC 3.1.8:

The author of PHP APC has released 3.1.9, which fixes the regression from 3.1.7 
found in PHP APC 3.1.8.  Any chance you can push out an update to 3.1.9 to the 
MacPorts tree?
