polyml won't build on Lion?

I'm new to this Unix/Mac stuff. But I needed PolyML:

http://www.polyml.org/

and I thought MacPorts would be the best way to get it. But unfortunately,
the build fails (log attached). If I build it myself it works.

I'd be happy if anyone has any guidance as to what I might do to fix this
issue, please. Many thanks,
