Changeset 79534 adds a conflict on php5-apc and php5-eaccelerator to php5-xcache.

You will need to choose which cache extension you want to use.

To use php5-xcache, first deactivate php5-apc:
$ sudo port deactivate php5-apc
$ sudo port install php5-xcache
