texi2html won't build

There IS a "macports"  user on the machine after all - it just doesn't show up in the Accounts pane of System Preferences.  You have to use "dscl" on the command line to see it.  MacPorts must've created it somehow.  I'll purge it and point macports.conf at a legit user.

None of this explains why texi2html won't build, though.
