Prompt what package to install when it is missing

Neither of those options work in the case described:
$ port deps hg
Error: Port hg not found
$ port variant hg
Error: Port hg not found
I think the closest would be doing:
$ port provides /opt/local/bin/hg
/opt/local/bin/hg is provided by: mercurial
