Macport 2.03 glib2 problem in leopard

Now it works. thanks. When I build my library,  there is another problem: 
   ld: library not found or -lX11

I used -L/usr/X11/lib, and it looks tha libX11.6.dylib and libX11.la in /usr/X11/lib is there, not sure why
it still have such a complain. 

 should I use port to install  xorg-libX11 or xorg-server to fix such a problem in leopard?
