kdepim3 build problem

Hi All,

I have a problem building kdepim3 on Lion, details here:

I'm happy to investigate further, if somebody can point me in the
right direction, but for the moment I'm not sure what's wrong. The log
is attached to the ticket.

Could it be that the ranlib is being run as an underprivileged user?
Running it by hand produces an error if as a normal user, but returns
0 when run with sudo.
