selfupdate question

Hi, all.

I've got a load of ports that selfupdate tells me that there are
updates for & I'd like to go ahead with `port upgrade outdated` but
amongst the list of ports there is just one port I don't want to upgrade.

Is there another way to do this rather than explicitly pass arguments
on the command line for all the ports (there are about thirty ports)?
