kdevelop fails to start on Lion with 'failed to lock the session' error

Hi all,

I've been trying to use kdevelop macport under Lion. The installation
was ok and I was able to use it the first time after installing it but
ever since, whenever I try to launch it again I get the error:

'Failed to lock the session , probably it is already active in another
running instance'

uninstalling and installing again didn't work. Still the same error.
