How to start gnome ?

Hi,

I have install gnome with this command

sudo port install gnome @2.30.2

I try execute this script to start gnome but ther's a permission issus

-bash: ./90-gnome.sh: Permission denied


and with sudo

sudo 90-gnome.sh
sudo: 90-gnome.sh: command not found

can you help me please ?
