How to start gnome ?

Hi,
Here the path of the gnome.sh file got with the locate command
/usr/X11/lib/X11/xinit/xinitrc.d/gnome.sh
If you type locate gnome.sh on the terminal what's the result ?
my gnome.sh script is it at a worn place ?
