How to install a port update ?

Here is my output below :

s/udo port install liblastfm
--->  Computing dependencies for liblastfm
--->  Cleaning liblastfm
MacBook-Pro-de-Michael:liblastfm rparchet$ sudo port install Portfile
Error: Port Portfile not found

MacBook-Pro-de-Michael:liblastfm rparchet$ port installed liblastfm
The following ports are currently installed:
   liblastfm @0.3.3_0
   liblastfm @0.3.3_1 (active)

/Can you help me please ?
