Trouble accessing trac.macports.org

Hi, I seem to be having some issues accessing https://trac.macports.org

http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/trac.macports.org says it's up,
but I can't get to it.

The weird thing is https://macports.org seems to resolve just fine. I
did a traceroute of both domain/sub-domain and trac.macports.org seems
to time out. I thought it might be my ISP (TPG Australia), but it also
seems to time out using google's dns as well.
