Macports won't update under ML

I updated to Mountain Lion today and ran sudo port selfupdate - something I
haven't done in probably a couple of months. However, I got an error
message saying it can't install. I tried searching around, but the only
proposed solution I could find was to add the line "developer_dir" to the
macports.conf file. I tried that, but it didn't change anything. Here is
the output using the "-d" setting:
