having sent the `OpenSSH_5.2p1, OpenSSL 0.9.8r 8 Feb 2011` man page to
Vim & doing a search for `ssh_copy_id` & its variants, the Apple
supplied version (above) installed in /usr/bin/ doesn't include it either.
