py27-pyobjc-cocoa build error

When I do:
sudo port install py27-pyobjc-cocoa
it fails with the following errors. I have updated/upgraded/cleaned
all ports. I'm on OSX 10.7.3 with XCode 4.3.
Does this look like a bug or something wrong with my local setup?
