gcc45 and gfortran issue

You should install gcc_select and make sure you set the proper compiler
suite:

sudo port install gcc_select
sudo port select gcc mp-gcc45

That should set up the symlinks so that 'gfortran' in /opt/local/bin links
to gfortran-mp-4.5
