 Well, for me (as I said) it stopped working. To restore its behaviour, I had to add ":tbz2" after the URL, like this:

archive_site_local      http://localhost:6227/:tbz2

2) I submitted a patch in #32018 to (hopefully) solve the issues with archive_sites.conf and #32018. At least, it solves my problem with archives_sites.conf (a port number in a URL is now accurately interpreted).
