Error Upgrading Atlas

I fixed one port issue - iso-code registry issue - and continued upgrading
the outdated ports. Now I got stuck at Atlas with these errors:

Then I upgraded to 2.1.1 using sudo port selfupdate and the upgrading
continued again, but I go stuck again at the same error. How can I remedy
this?
