mysql55 up and running on production

The problem has been fixed :-)

I & others have gotten it to work properly now :-)

In my own case, I've tested it both
	with a clean install
		port -f uninstall mysql55
		port -s install mysql55
	as an upgrade
		port -s -n -f upgrade --force --enforce-variants \
		mysql55 -system_readline
