mysql55 no longer ships with startup script for MacPorts

They are two different ports, and one is selecting a variant while the other is default.

mysql55 +server:
 the "mysql55" port with the variant "server" selected (this variant no longer exists)

mysql55-server:
 the "mysql55-server" port
