Command-line ogg to mp3 converter

Greetings :

I'm looking for a command line ogg to mp3 converter for osx.
There's a lot of stuff here :
http://www.macports.org/ports.php?by=category&substr=audio

but I would welcome recommendations. Failing that, I would welcome
recommendations on the same _or_ a GUI-based app for ubuntu 12.04.
I see a list here :

but have had no experience with any of them.
