DOSBox needs to be 32bit not 64bit

Hi all,

as I wrote before, Dosbox is not working correctly when built in 64bit. Whenever it switches to its dynamic core it will crash (test by typing in dosbox "core dynamic" (without quotes)).
This has been fixed before but got reset to 64bit some months ago.
Can anyone fix this again (and probably add a comment why it needs to be 32bit and not 64bit)?
