I see, that is odd then.

Could you attach the config.log? It should be in this directory:

/opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_ports_graphics_gdk-pixbuf2/gdk-pixbuf2/work/gdk-pixbuf-2.26.4
