Running 'port outdated' returns:

glib2                          2.34.3_0 < 2.36.0_0
gnuplot                        4.6.1_1 < 4.6.2_0
gobject-introspection          1.34.2_0 < 1.36.0_0
harfbuzz                       0.9.12_0 < 0.9.14_0
libffi                         3.0.11_1 < 3.0.13_0
libpng                         1.5.14_0 < 1.5.15_0
libxml2                        2.8.0_0 < 2.9.0_0
sqlite3                        3.7.15.2_0 < 3.7.16_0

If I then run 'sudo port clean' on each item, then 'sudo port upgrade' (I also ran 'sudo port clean --all sqlite3 (for example)'), each of them fails with one of the following:

--->  Configuring libffi
Error: org.macports.configure for port libffi returned: error copying "/opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_devel_libffi/libffi/work/libffi-3.0.13" to "/opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_devel_libffi/libffi/work/libffi-3.0.13-x86_64/libffi-3.0.13": file already exists

I can attach the separate logs but thought I would ask first if I am overlooking something basic here.
