Workflow, rough timeline for integration of new macport submission ?

Hello,

a few days ago I submitted two new ports (I also maintain those for
the FreeBSD Ports collection).

What is the normal workflow for those ports to be committed to the
repository ?

How long does it take ? What can I do to improve my submission 8-}
