Problem building weechat 0.4.0

Hi there,

I tried to upgrade weechat from 0.3.9 but I got the error in the attached log. So, I uninstalled it and when I try to install weechat with any of the variants I get the same error. I'm using port 2.1.3 under OS X 10.8.2.
