Lasting "Building webkit-gtk"

Good morning Byte Tamers!

2.1 GHz PowerPC G5
Mac OS X.5.8 (Leopard)
MacPorts v2.1.3

Trying to install The GIMP port its "Building webkit-gtk" process  
lasts already > 5:00' hours. What must I do?
·To let the process finish.
·To kill it (forcing the Terminal app to quit?). I suppose this option  
may damage the Console log.

6 weeks ago I Opened the bug Ticket "#37418 webkit-gtk: error: too  
many initializers for 'malloc_introspection_t'".
2 weeks ago it was classified as "closed and fixed."
After the fix, I have tried to install the gimp port twice,  
unsuccessfully.
The first failed attempt was under MacPorts v2.1.2.
After this failure, I cleaned ports executing these commands:
·$ sudo port clean all
·$ sudo port clean gimp
·$ sudo port clean --all gimp
·$ sudo port clean --all all
·$ sudo port -f clean --all all
Thereafter, I tried this second installation attempt but it also seems  
to be unsuccessful.

After the defect fix, has anyone managed to install the gimp port on a  
computer running Leopard?
