rlogin disappeared from kerberos5

krb5-1.7.2 (the previous version) had the relevant source in
src/appl/bsd. This folder has been completely removed in krb5-1.11.

I don't know what happened to it, though. You might want to check
upstream changelogs and/or version control for some pointers.
