NTFS-3G fuse4x dependency

Fuse ports would need a osxfuse port to depend on and MacPorts does not currently provide one.

I don't see where anyone has opened a trac ticket requesting a osxfuse port:

Please open a new trac ticket request for osxfuse. If you can supply a osxfuse Portfile that would be a plus.
