Okular dependencies

The command

   sudo port install okular

summons many dependencies, but eventually fails with the message

   org.macports.configure for port okular returned: Poppler must be
installed with +qt4 and +quartz variants

Is there a simple command I can issue to install poppler with these
dependencies? If not, what should I do? There are a number of tickets
discussing the issue, but in the end I don't know what concrete step I
should take to get okular installed.
